The microdermabrasion is done using two methods and these are the aluminum oxide microdermabrasion and the diamond microdermabrasion. Both these methods used the same basic principle which is essentially removing the old skin using the exfoliating technique and removing the old dead skin cells.
In short the microdermabrasion for wrinkles is very effective but not for the deep wrinkles.
