The simple technique which is easily done at home is to use the petroleum jelly or balm to moist the lips. Leave the jelly or the balm on the lips for some time. Then take a wet washcloth and remove the jelly or the balm. The result will be that even the flakes and all bad stiff on the lips will be gone.

Another very good way is to use the simple white sugar available at home. Take the white sugar and apply it to the lips using your fingers. Let the sugar be there for some time and then make sure that you rinse it off with water.
