How to get rid of wrinkles using facial exercises is the most common question that gets asked by almost everyone with the aim to not use a cream and instead do it in a natural way.

What happens in facial exercises?
Exercises will tone and tighten the muscles which in turn tighten the skin and help reduce wrinkles. The exercises will increase circulation and help get rid of toxins. Each and every part of the body has muscles which need to be toned up. It is no different for the facial muscles.
When we speak eat or laugh not every muscle is used and hence facial exercises help in a disciplined manner to tone up a lot of unused muscles.
When to do these exercises?
These exercises have no age or sex barrier. These can be done at any time during the day and at any age. Men and women both can do these.

How much time?
15 -20 minutes in a day is ideal though there is no harm doing these for an extra 10 minutes.
Exercises for cheeks – Fill your moth with air and then release it slowly. Repeat this exercise 4-5 times.
Exercises for lips – Bring both of the lips together and then from the left side of the mouth take the lips as if you are trying to chew both the lips. Next do it from the right side and you will feel the stretch?
Chewing gum or simulating as if you are chewing gum will help get exercise for the facial muscles.
Exercises for neck – Neck wrinkles make you look old. Get rid of the excess weight and then use your lips for getting those important exercises. The aim is to pull the skin up so get your lower lip on to the upper lip. Stretch your lower lip as much as possible. It will stretch the chin and the neck.
Other exercises – Giving a surprised look or make a Oh! Expression with your mouth and repeat 10 times. >
Tips: Patience and perseverance is what is needed while exercising as it takes a couple of weeks to get the desired results. Of course for instant results you will need to have Botox or Collagen injections.
Reduce alcohol consumption – This will help reduce puffiness as well as dehydration. To reduce double chin make sure that you have the fitted dentures and your teeth are correct in terms of dental position.

Downward movement of hands while washing the face or massaging the face
Lean against the cheek with your hand.
