Neutrogena microdermabrasion home kit has been there for long time now and it has been considered as the best one the various at home kits for microdermabrasion that are available.

Instructions to Apply for Nutrogena Microdermabarsion
The instructions say that you need to apply this for the initial five nights for the first week and then have a break for about a week and then go for the microdermabrasion cream application for the 1-3 times for next few weeks.
It has a very good applicator and you should use that for applying the microdermabrasion cream.
Always rinse your face before applying the cream as well as make sure that after the treatment use the moisturizer.
Overall Nuetrogena kit seems to be the best of the at home microdermabrasion kits. The Neutrogena brand name and the good technology you can see all in this kit. For me even though this cream has a lot of drying tendencies it is still worth a buy. Rather than paying a visit to the spa every time this seems to have worked well with me.
