What foundation will cover wrinkles?

All females and now males too have this question on their minds as generally it is very tough to apply the most commonly used foundations for covering the wrinkles.

Do not use regular foundations

Do not use the regular foundation to cover up wrinkles as these foundations will get stuck in the wrinkles and rather than hiding them they will make them stand out.

This also true for forehead wrinkles and creases.

Heavy make sup will give you an older look

What to use

Always use foundation with light reflecting properties. A liquid mineral foundation is better.

Use a follow up powder after applying the foundation and the concealer.

Use the anti wrinkle moisturizer. The SPF should be 15

Light soft touch

Yellow based concealer for brown spots

Concealer for dark circles under the eyes.

Use kabuki to apply light concealer or the light reflecting foundation.

Top rated companies which have good foundations are Avon, Sephora and L’oreal.

Here are some of the good products

What is spf ?

SPF in simple words is the sun protection factor of a cream or a foundation. SPF of 10 will mean that when a cream with SPF 10 is applied it will 10 times the amount of time it will take otherwise to have a sunburn.

So if without cream and makeup someone would have a sunburn in 10 minutes then after applying the makeup cream that person will have have a sunburn after 100 minutes.

A SPF factor of 15 is considered to be ideal as far as the sun blocking is concerned. It may be less or more in creams available in the market based on the fact that it is  intended for what use. If it is a foundation the it may have less than 15 as SPF.
